Tom & Tammie's Story

Having viewed a wide range of properties, Tom and Tammie decided to buy their first new home in North Bristol at The Hangar District.

We spoke to Tom to find out how he and Tammie have settled in at The Hangar District, and why buying a new home at Brabazon was right or them.

“We had been looking at properties all around Bristol, but nothing felt quite right. Then we came across the new homes at Brabazon. They just looked so different from everything else we had seen.

“I remember thinking if we don’t go now, we will miss out.

“The house is so different, unexpected and quirky. It’s nothing like a standard new-build.

“Tammie loves the high ceilings in the living room. The double-height windows allow so much more light into the space.

“As we’re working from home a bit more often, we wanted the extra space and we’ve really been able to make this place our own.

“The New Homes Consultant was great throughout the whole process. He really helped us understand the vision for Brabazon and reassured us when buying a home off-plan as it was a big decision for us.

“We have great accessibility now with the M4 and M5 right on our doorstep and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway just over the road. And we’re really looking forward to seeing the long-term vision come through, with access to bars and restaurants at Brabazon, as well as the new train station opening in a couple of years.”

This month Tom and Tammie are turning their house into even more of a home by welcoming a new puppy into the family!
